Wild Core is a grassroots organization with a lot of potential for growth. Being that we are so new, we do not have a fully developed “HR” department. Wild Core’s First Step Program is our “HR” Service Center. Here on this page you will find all available positions. At this time we do not currently have any permanent positions, however we do currently have some Temporary / Seasonal Positions available. These positions and details can be found below. We have not yet fully set up a employee benefit program.
For more information, please speak with Jessica Wang about employment, and a future career with Wild Core. Jessica can be reached at extension: 710, or by email Jwang@wildcore.org

Diversity In The Workplace

Wild Core strives to employ a diverse group of individuals. Diversity is a very important part of the Wild Core's Culture and our values.

Wild Core is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. In this regard, an annual Affirmative Action Plan is developed for the organization. Responsibility for development of the Plan has been assigned to Jessica Wang and Noel McAvoy, "Acting" Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Wild Core.

To assure implementation of the Organization's Affirmative Action Plan, the following guidelines have been established for managers and staff:

  • To recruit, hire and promote for all position without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, or status as a disabled veteran or veteran of the wars, including Vietnam.
  • To make placement decisions based solely upon an individual's qualifications for the position.
  • To administer fairly and equally all personnel actions such as compensation, benefits, transfers, and sponsored programs activities.
  • To provide reasonable accommodations whenever possible in an effort to advance employment for disabled individuals, including veterans.
At Wild Core we have a very strong personal commitment to equal employment opportunity and expect the support of ALL faculty and staff in attaining the organization's objective of a balanced and diverse workforce!
"Tolerance is the positive and cordial effort to understand another's beliefs, practices and habits without necessarily sharing or accepting them."
